Remember I told you Victoria's boyfriend broke up with her right before the prom? and this was after she bought her dress. Well, the following week she was feeling a little sad. So I said, "Let's get your hair cut." Oh and two days after the break up she got her braces off, so that in itself was pretty exciting and cheered her up.
Take one last look. Snip snip snip. Frank works his magic on Victoria's long locks.
A few more snips of the scissor.
Ah, the final touches and she is a new woman!! Thank you God for my sweet daughter. Now she will be ready to go the prom with a boy who asked her as a friend. Pictures following. Sometimes life brings us disappointments. I try to teach my children that during these times we can either trust God or run from Him. When we trust Him it's an opportunity for our faith in Him to grow. He will never let us down. He will never leave us. In Luke 7:44 Jesus said, "she hath washed my feet with tears, and wiped them with the hairs of her head," about the sinful woman who came into the home. She fully understood who He was and that she could find forgiveness and completeness through Him. So can we today. Praise God!!
