Drop Offs

One day recently, my son Garrett called me on the cell. He said, "Mom, come and get me. I rode my bike two miles down the road and found kittens in a box in an open field."  Oh, I was thinking, drop offs, but, we already have three of those from a few years back. "Well, I suppose we could make room for two more, I am on my way."
How could I say no? Yes, we adopted these drop offs, who were left to fend for themselves. They are cute as buttons. We named them, Freddy and Smokey.

This all happened back in October 2019, but I am just now getting around to showing you. We have accepted these two little runts. They have now been fixed and are part of our family.

~ A fitting Scripture from the Bible will accompany each post. ~

"Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn't he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? And after he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders and goes home." Luke 15:4-5

  Blessings, Kathi

Doesn't that make you crazy? It's so sad to think of people doing that. At least they have a good forever home now. Thank you and Garret for that.

Incidentally, hasn't he grown up to me a handsome guy!
