Culinary

 So I thought I'd try my hand at making the five French mother sauces. As part of my work from home projects, I am allowed to try recipes and report about them. This is fun and interesting to me.

I am using Julia Child's book along with other recipe books. I will keep you posted to how it goes.

I have been a decent cook, but I have not ever delved into the art of the culinary craft. I believe a desire to start and then the drive to complete are all that's necessary to accomplish a goal. I have both, so here goes.
