When We Don't Understand Where or Why God Places Us-- Just Trust and Thank Him

Hello, I hope you are having a wonderful week. My life is so different now. I am going to be a stay-at-home wife and mother again. I am blessed beyond measure for this opportunity...I just have some healing to go through.
I find ironing to be a great time to pray for my husband and children, and for people who have hurt me. I am mourning loss, and I am trying to understand several things(on the job mean girls, which was work-related).I will talk about that in future posts. For now, I will thank the Lord for His goodness to me, and take one step at a time in trust.
This is a retro photo of me 32 years ago..
"...Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you." Matt. 17:20
     Blessings, Kathi

Hi Kathi!! I'm so glad you and your sister found me again! It was really great to her from you :)

I'm so sorry people were mean to you. You've always been so very nice, I can't imagine how or why it could happen to you. I'm glad you're able to be at home full time again though. I would call that a silver lining ;)

(((hugs)))

Kathi, I'm sorry that you are going through such a tough time now, but as I pray for you, I know that your faith will get you through these tough times. I can't wait to see what God has in store for you as a homemaker again!

I did get a chuckle when you said you prayed as you ironed. I do too! I went through a rough time as an adult college student. I took a job in a dry cleaners as a pants presser...I did more praying (and listening for His voice) while at work that summer!

Keeping you in my prayers,
Jan

Dear Sister, I am so sorry that this didn't happen the way you would have chosen, but I DO KNOW that God has a plan for you and things are going to be fantabulous for you! You are such a sweet person and you encourage so many others. I just know that someday you are going to look back on this situation and see all of the hidden blessings. In the meantime, you will be the best stay at home wife and mother ever and I'm a little jealous of you (in a good way). I love you dear.
