She'd Like To Be Called Rosie, Not Stanley...

You've probably noticed I named my car Ruby. Well, I like the color red. My son bought me this pretty red Stanley thermos one year for my birthday. I just love her. She goes with me every day to school, full of black Yuban coffee.

Her name is "Rosie," not Stanley, because she's a girl.  It's funny how protective I've become of her. No one in the family is allowed to borrow her.  My thermos is a useful object that daily brings me comfort and warmth in a cup of coffee and which I appreciate owning.
"But the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, Standby), the Holy Spirit, Whom the Father will send in My name [in My place, to represent Me and act on My behalf], He will teach you all things." John 14:26
This is the truth:  My real comfort comes from the Lord. From the power of the Holy Spirit. I'm so thankful for this. This is where I get my peace, joy and comfort; from God alone.

Blessings, Kathi
