Sometimes things don't turn out the way we hoped they would. Our church is grieving today for the loss of our Dear Pastor Don. He passed away this morning and had been sick for nearly two years. We are praying for his wife Carol and family. Even though we just can't believe this sad news we know that God is powerful and all wise and He knows what He is doing. We must trust Him through this hard time. "I serve you, LORD. Comfort me with your love, just as you have promised." Psalm 119:76

Our Church Is Sad Tonight. Our Loving Pastor Went to Be With the Lord.
Sometimes things don't turn out the way we hoped they would. Our church is grieving today for the loss of our Dear Pastor Don. He passed away this morning and had been sick for nearly two years. We are praying for his wife Carol and family. Even though we just can't believe this sad news we know that God is powerful and all wise and He knows what He is doing. Oh, that is just so sad. I will pray for your church and the pastor's family. I know he is with the Lord and what could be better than that but those left behind will miss him so much. Hugs, Elena
Oh Kathi, I am so sorry. I know our God of all comfort will be your shoulder to cry on.
I lost my beloved mother-in-law Monday morning. The loss of their physical presence is so hard.
I was so sorry to hear about this Kathi. My prayers are with his family and the whole church. It's comforting to know he's in heaven.
