Lunch For Two: Shell Pasta With Clam Sauce Recipe
This is a simple recipe, but tastes very good to those who have a sea-food tooth.
Shell Pasta With Clam Sauce For Two
Boil water for the shell pasta
2 Cans of Snow's Chopped Clams: set aside the clams, but use the juice
Use the juice of drained clams by pouring it into the sauce pan. Add to juice:
2 T. Smart Balance or Olive oil heat at medium temperature and add:
2 tsp. minced garlic
11/2 T. corn starch
Salt and pepper to taste
In the mean time water should be boiling and shell pasta cooking for about 5 minutes
continue cooking the clam sauce. Wisk these ingredients until smooth and thickened. Add the clams and stir.
Add 2 tsp. Basil
and 1 Tablespoon Parmsan cheese.
Drain the cooked shell pasta, add the clam sauce and gently stir. Serve this with a green salad. Enjoy. Hugs, Kathi

We love seafood. I will have to give this recipe a try!
I'm not a HUGE seafood fan but I do have to say that plate of food looks delicious :)
Hope you're having a wonderful week so far, Kathi!

AHA, but I didn't say he was my favorite kisser! I just like to watch him kiss. I admit I can't see many of his movies. He plays such psychopaths most of the time and I just can't watch violent movies. I did a blog a month or so ago about his new movie I couldn't see. I just feel such a cold feeling in my heart if I watch those types of movies so I avoid them. I don't watch 24 much either for the same reason. My kids did have me watch 24 but fast-forwarded through the violence (which was a lot) so I got to see all the tender moments. He has been in a couple of movies that I've seen like Disney's "Three Musketeers" and I just fell in love with his laugh and his acting! I could never post a picture of my husband and me kissing either. That would seem like an invasion of privacy for me I think. I know, I'm a bit private but it keeps my personal life just that, personal! Thanks for stopping by. Oh, and this looks yummy, I printed it out to try later!
