I have had a calm hiatus from work. The best part is that our lovely daughter is happily stuck here; what an unexpected joy, a gift God granted us all.
Today I return to work, the place that I've met and worked with so many interesting co-workers from around the world such as Nuo, Yen, Summer, Sarmad, Grace, and so many more. Some of them will not be there when I return. I may never see them again. I grieve the loss of them and their great personalities. I do not know what it will be like. Everything has changed since Covid-19 hit us all.
It's hard not to feel anxious. But I am thankful I get to go back to work.
I pray, Lord that you will be with me. Help me to serve You the best that I can. Thank you for the pleasant rest that You gave me. It was a glorious surprise. Now help me stay motivated and cheerful as I gird up my loins and hit the deck running. And, thank you for this job.
~ A fitting Scripture from the Bible will accompany each post. ~
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, let your requests be known to God. And the peace of God which transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
Blessings, Kathi
