Time For Refreshment

What could be more refreshing and delightful? This lovely Caprese appetizer can be made as quick as a wink with fresh basil, tomato, and mozzarella slices drizzled with Balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
Each Sunday the topic will be refreshment.  Do you need to be refreshed? Do you need time to reflect and regain energy for the coming week? Rest your body. Rest you soul and be renewed.

~ A fitting Scripture from the Bible will accompany each post. ~

"At mealtime Boaz said to her, 'Come over here. Have some bread and dip it in the wine vinegar.' When she sat down with the harvesters, he offered her some roasted grain. She ate all she wanted and had some left over." Ruth 2:14

                        Blessings, Kathi

Hi Kathy, great to see you again here! I have missed your posts. And your sister Sharons too! How is she doing? Her site was the very first I visited so many years ago while learning about the blogging world. So wish she would come back too.
Take care, blessings from Darlene from Calif.

Thank you Darlene, for remembering me and my sister. I shared your comment with her. She appreciated hearing from you. Please open your blog again. We would like to see and hear about your life also. Kathi

Hello Kathi. I'm so glad you found my blog and now I've come to visit yours.
That Caprese salad is just my kind of food. My Basil is needing trimming but the tomato plants are only a few inches high. Store bought tomatoes just are not the same but they'll have to do. GM
