Vinegar and Elbow Grease

I love my windows. Our house was built in 1913, so they are sizable. Of course they have been replaced with the newer type. This was done before we moved in. They are large and they are hinged so that with a few button pushes and clips they quickly open inward for easy cleaning. For kicks I thought I would try apple cider vinegar and a cloth, after all, "What's the harm?"
I was pleasantly surprised. My windows sparkled and with no streaks. I bought another gallon the next day. Vinegar is good for so many things.

Blessings, Kathi
The King James Bible verse about vinegar from Ruth is so poetic, I just had to include it:
"And Boaz said unto her, at meal time, 'Come hither, and eat of the bread, and dip thy morsel in the vinegar.' And she sat beside the reapers: and he reached her parched corn, and she did eat, and was sufficed, and left." Ruth 2:14

Thanks for the tip! I'm going to have to try it. Does it make your house stink?
