Making Positive Changes

I've noticed a few changes in my body this year, for which I do not like. I'm at that certain age where women are too old to be young and too young to be old. You know what I mean. I'm going to just say it... I'm feeling fat, achy, and a bit down in the dumps. I have choice to make:
1. Go on antidepressants- No
2. Christian counseling with godly friends -Yes
3. Drink a bunch of wine - No
4. Exercise every day -Yes
5. Take hormones- No
6. Switch from coffee to green tea - Yes
7. Get closer to God - Yes
8. Only look at facebook  once a day -Yes

Of all the choices I have decided to embrace these first and foremost: Get closer to God by daily reading my Bible and prayer, talk with godly women friends, exercise every day, stop hoping people will "like" my stuff on fb, reduce the time I get on fb, and switch to green tea. I am beginning today. I will let you know how it goes.
                             Psalm 37:34
"Put your hope in the Lord. Travel steadily along His path..."

I also need to remember and believe what God says about me, and that is that He will never let anyone snatch me from His hand. John 10.
Blessings, Kathi

And most of all... remember "you are fearfully and WONDERFULLY made!" :) But I can so identify! Keep us posted how the new routine is going, if it is effective! I sure hope it is... take care of yourself! :) ~Rhonda

We are in a challenging season, that's for sure. I am proud of you for trying to improve yourself with natural remedies. I sure hope you find the solution and will feel great again. God has many wonderful blessings in store for you and you will get through this time. I love you! P.S. I think you look beautiful and thin and gorgeous. :)
