Have you ever done that? Found an old draft post that you forgot about? This one is over three years old. This was supposed to be a posting of day two of our trip to Skamania Lodge. The college and high school-age kiddos were sneaking out... In fact, unbeknownst to me, they snapped this photo of me.
They used a self-timer to film themselves at 1:00 am. What I love about my kids is that they were not up to anything bad or wrong. They just wanted to explore and have fun together in a safe environment.
They were quiet and did not wake the other guests.
They did not leave the lodge or go outdoors.
They had a blast being silly.
And, taking fake photos.
I love my children. They are all three years older now. Harrison has moved out, both girls are in college, and Victoria, will be married before the year is out. I am so happy I found this cute memory. Enjoy your day, dear friends. Blessings, Kathi
