What a great idea, Kathi! I'm sure your kids really do feel so special...that's so wonderful!
Have an awesome weekend!
This is a great idea. I may have to steal it from you!
So cute...Enjoy and cherish the days you have . I know you do,but these will be times you remember.
Great idea! and your cups are lovely! I think the stockings you made are cute too. I'ts nice to make something totally from the heart.
Kathy, You and Sharon are too cool. I feel like I know both of you. We could be best of friends. I think we don't live too far apart. I think it would be fun to run into either of you some day. Have a great day. Pam
What a cute idea to make them feel special with seasonal cups. I make my boys hot chocolate in the fall/winter mornings and add powdered chocolate protein for their growing muscles. (but I only use boring fiesta mugs.) I am going to start searching for some fun seasonal mugs at garage sales.
What a cute idea! I love to snuggle up with a cup of hot chocolate. Especially when it's snowing outside. I think your cups worked very nicely.
Hugs, Terrie
What a great idea! I know Gracie would love that. Except that she's usually up before I am!
What a sweet, gentle way to wake your children in the morning! Life is harsh enough for kids, isn't it? You sound like a great mommy!
Kathy
What a great way to start the morning! I love hot chocolate and yours looks so yummy. Sharon is full on nifty ideas, isn't she? I love your handmade stocking too.
My kids LOVE it when I serve hot chocolate and toast for breakfast! I rarely do the "special" event thing though...okay...I admit I have NEVER done that. I think the cute little cups etc.. would be lost on my boys. BUT they do love it when I serve it up. I get a lot of THANKS MOM! When I do!
My children love drinking chocolate milk and hot cocoa (of course topped w/marshmellows).
Looking at the pics made me feel like I was at the tea party, except I didn't any presents (LOL!). Thanks for sharing.
