Fairy Lamps / Fairy Lights

Show and TellIt's Show and Tell at Kelli's House. Please check her blog to see what she has there today at: There Is No Place Like Home

I found this cute little green fairy lamp at an antique show in Coburg, Oregon. I paid $8.00. I just love it.
It looks like it would fit perfectly in Tinker Bell's little bedroom, doesn't it?
My husband and children surprised me with two brown fairy lamps for Christmas. I believe he paid $9.00 a piece at a thrift store. They are sweet and lovely when lit. "You are the light of the world...light a lamp and put it on its stand and it gives light to everyone in the room...Let your light shine..." Matthew 5:14-16

I've never heard of fairy lamps. They are simply beautiful. I'm guessing there are candles inside. Am I correct?

Have a lovely evening!

Hi Kathi!

Thanks for your comment on my blog. I know you love those vintage pictures as much as I do, there is just something about them! If you go to Google images and type in Vintage woman cleaning or Vintage women kitchen, you will find lots of them and you just copy them.

Well, now you have gone through a show and tell! Did you have fun with it? I just love it, all the other women out there are so nice, it is just so fun!

Have a great evening! :0)

Love you! Sharon
