I Love My Precious Hound

Lucy is learning where her bed is...and, that she needs to stay there while Mommy sews.

Her sister Bonnie will learn next time. Usually our dogs are outdoor dogs, but I love having their company. They are so precious. I am thankful for my doggies.
Isaiah 26:3 – “You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.”

Blessings, Kathi

Ramblings of a Southern Girl ~ Rhonda G said...

Hi Kathi! It was so good to click on your name and see the blog that had commented on my post was from you (Thanks for that comment!). Having just returned to blogging, I find a lot of our old blogging buddies have left. I browsed through your blog, and just wanted to say how sorry I am for the negative experience you had teaching last year! I've gone through a transition in the last years, and some of that change was a side result of having to deal with "mean ladies" in the workforce! I'm praying about the direction I should go now as I pursue other prospects. What I have discovered is, that the "mean ones" are really the insecure ones. When they prey on others, and succeed, I can only imagine it makes them feel better and superior about themselves. That is sad and pitiful! I actually feel sorry for them. I will say a prayer for you this morning, lifting you up as you deal with the aftermath of hurt! Take care, my friend, Rhonda

I love having my dog in my sewing room with me...I had to learn to be soooo careful. Shirley will take anything that ends up on the floor, including tiny quilt pieces, and run with them. She'll learn, she's only 5½ months old.

So, Kathi, inquiring minds want to know...what'cha sewing?

God bless,
Jan

Jan, I am making a panel for a screen which will hide the hot water heater in one of our rental houses. Thank you for your kind comments, ladies. Kathi
