Garrett is raising a 4-H steer this year. He named him Ferdinand.
Ferdinand is gentle and patient, but he is a very large animal. Garrett is learning to walk his steer.
Brushing is important. Ferdinand must look his best for the 4-H fair this summer.
Garrett feeds and waters him and cleans his two pens every week. We will keep you filled in on the happenings of Garrett and Ferdinand.

I'm so proud of Garrett! This is a big responsibility and he will do great! That steer is huge and can be scary, but Garrett is doing awesome with him! Good job Garrett!
