Jessica Deserves the Crown

My daughter Jessica helped me recycle all of these pop cans after a party we had. Oh my goodness, it must have taken 45 min. out of our day just to do this little task.
Therefore she gets the crown; ha ha, the Burger King crown. She asked if she could get a special drink from Burger King and insisted that she and I both wear the crown. What a fun daughter I have.
Yes, I too, wore the crown. I never felt so deserving. After all, it was 85 degrees outside and the air conditioner quit.
I love you Jessica. Thank you for helping me with the pop cans, and thank you for being so much fun. You bring smiles to my face.
Blessings, Kathi PS Dear Blogging Friends, even though I am a Christian, I am a real person. I have faults. I make mistakes. I do get down at times I do still, at times, feel blue and sad. In fact today is one such day. Sometimes it is circumstantial, other times it is hormonal, or physical, like lack of sleep or a head cold. This time it could be all of the above.  I almost posted about it. I don't have time to go into detail, but I promise to do this in the near future. God is good and He makes me victorious even though it seems impossible. I will share later. Please have a good day and go with God, Kathi

"Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy. Then it was said among the nations, “The LORD has done great things for them.” Psalm 126:2

I hope you're on the mend soon. My best days are those I spend with my kids and I know you love your family just as much. Love the crown!

I am getting ready to teach the Beth Moore Bible study, Esther and was going over my viewer guide notes from 2 years ago. I had written something in the margin that Beth said and I loved it. It was, "God wants to show His glory by having wimpy you do it." I don't think you are wimpy but you do show His glory. I am wimpy and scared about leading this study
and pray that His glory will be shown through me. Thank you for being honest and genuine. He shines through your life and your words!
