I Forgot to Check My Zucchini Plant...

Have you ever turned your back on your zucchini plant? I am steaming it, frying it, freezing it, stuffing it with Spanish rice and pureeing it for hiding in brownies and spaghetti sauce. You name it, I'm cooking it. Learn from me, check your plant daily. Ha ha.
Blessings, Kathi

I heard a talk once where the speaker joked that he knew what the manna was from heaven that the Isrealites complained about in the desert. It was zucchini! Hope you have a fantastic holiday weekend! I'd love a good zucchini brownie recipe if you have one you wouldn't mind sharing! My sister-in-law makes really good ones but she left out some key measurements and oven temperature when she gave it to me and I've never quite gotten them right with trial and error. I've since learned that she always does this. Oh well, I guess it makes her's unique. Keep smiling!

Lock your car doors and turn off the porch lights! Kathy has too much zucchini!
Actually, I love it when people give me zucchini.

I forgot to check my squash last summer and they were HUGE just like your zucchini. My daughters thought I could win a blue ribbon at the North Carolina State Fair for biggest squash!!! They would make good weapons too!

Wow, that is a lot of zucchini. Believe it or not I've planted it 3 years in a row and have yet to find even one squash on my plants. I think it has to do with the flowers not getting pollinated. Very disappointing. Looks like you have just the opposite happening.
