I Got to See Beth Moore !

We had a busy couple of days.
Friday stared out with a bike ride down to the market with Jessica. We had the best chicken sandwich.
You might think I'm crazy, but I like the smell of field burning. It reminds me of being a carefree kid in the summer time. We live right next to the burning. In fact they burn our field each year.
Stacey put up this clothes hanger for me. I'm trying to use my dryer less.
Now the big news. I got to go see Beth Moore by simulcast. She is my favorite author. It was spectacular. It was Friday evening and Saturday morning.
The place was packed. Did any of you blogging ladies go see her? Please leave a comment if you did.
My friend Ruth and I sharing with each other during the snack break. on Saturday.

As soon as I got home, I changed and the girls and I drove over to Peggy's house to help with her niece's wedding.
It was a lovely wedding out under the trees. We just stayed in the background, as we don't know the bride or groom.
We were the serving crew. It was very hard because I was so hungry, and the line was very long. We did get to eat after serving, which was great. Please remember to tell me if you were there to see Beth Moore. Have a lovely day, Kathi

I have only seen Beth Moore on TV. I love her. Glad you got to see her in person. Sounds like a wonderful experience all the way around.
Our Spiritual Sundays is now up and running. I think it is going to be a good thing.

What a fun day Kathi! I have not seen Beth, but did START a study once! LOL! That was back in January and I still have not finished it. Shame on me, but it is a heavy study with lots of homework and I don't have time. I am hoping to eventually finish it. I keep hearing how wonderful her studies are. The wedding looks pretty, I wish you had more pictures. The cake is so beautiful. You guys all look so cute standing there helping, how sweet of you!

Happy Sunday!

Love, Sharon

I wish we could put up a clothes line here but it's again HOA code. Part of living in the suburbs.

I was recently blessed to see Beth Moore early this year and it was fantastic. Several "blogging friends" were participating in the simulcast. Hope that it was a wonderful experience.
The wedding cake was beautiful. Thanks for sharing.

I really like Beth Moore too. I went to a women's Bible study at our church that did one of her studies and had a video each week. I had to quit when I started working and then I found out I was pregnant, so I have not made it back to the women's study yet! Beth Moore is right on and I would love to do another one of her studies!

Hi Kathi... I sure have been missing you, but totally understand the busy Summer schedule that you have. I just got done reading and catching up on your sweet life! I just love how you share so much of yourself with others, not only on your blog, but in your "real" life as well... Your heart is pure and your soul is precious... God will reward you so well for your devoted service to Him...

Thanks so much for coming to the UnBirthday Party and for your sweet comments... Kathi, you always lift me up and make me smile and I am so thankful to you for those things. Congratulations on being "Miss Oregon"... what FUN! I still need to visit your friend's site and find out what that is all about! I am just so way behind with my visits and am trying very hard to catch up today... Please know that you're never far from my thoughts or prayers... have a beautiful day, Kathi... God bless...

Kathi, I love Beth Moore. I wasn't at the simulcast, but I did see her in person one time. I've done some studies, and my teenage sons surprised me and bought "Get Out Of That Pit" for me for Christmas, because they know I like her so much. I'm glad you got to see her. Do you know about her blog? Actually she and her 2 daughters write on it. The oldest daughter is the moderator. Just go to her website, and then scroll down until you see LPM blog. Let me know if you know about it...well if you have a chance that is...I know everyone is way too busy! Have a wonderful day! xorachel
